Founded in 1929 by Lola Mercedes Parker and chartered in 1930, Delta Chapter continues the mission of uplifting business and professional women through sisterhood, leadership, and service. We welcome women who are passionate about growth, community impact, and lifelong connection.

Sisterhood
When you join Delta Chapter, you join a circle of women who uplift, encourage, and celebrate one another. Here, your voice is valued, your goals are supported, and your journey is honored. Our sisterhood is rooted in genuine connection, mentorship, leadership, and service. We learn together, serve together, and grow together—both personally and professionally.
Membership Requirements
We welcome women who bring passion, dedication, and a heart for service into our sisterhood.
Graduate Membership Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following:

Graduate of an accredited business college or university

Graduate of a four-year college who owns or operates a business

Completion of 48 credit hours in business-related coursework
Additional requirements:

Ability to meet sorority financial obligations

Fulfillment of national and Delta Chapter membership criteria
Undergraduate Membership Requirements

Enrolled in a four-year degree program

Completion of at least 30 credit hours

Maintenance of satisfactory academic standing according to institutional and sorority standards
